At UGG Since 1974, we take pride in our handcrafted quality and offer a 30-day return or exchange period for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized boots are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing fault is present.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, including all packaging and tags, and have not been worn outdoors.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your boots in their original box and ship them via a trackable courier service to our Gold Coast workshop.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our master crafters inspect the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
